Debut album Take Me As I Am went platinum; follow-up It Matters To Me did equally well and spawned hits 'Let's Go To Vegas' '95, 'Someone Else's Dream' '96. She relies on the Nashville songwriting factory, but her choice of material is inspired: a '90s version of Tammy Wynette with heart-breaking ballad material, also appealing to younger fans with upbeat songs.
